CRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the CRM strategy and roadmap, aligned with our organisational goals.
• Administering and optimising our CRM (Dynamics 365 or equivalent), and managing integrations with fundraising, marketing automation and finance platforms.
• Providing segmentation, selections, dashboards and reporting, and delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Leading on data governance, including data quality, GDPR and PECR compliance, consent, retention and access controls.
• Safeguarding sensitive data.
• Training and supporting colleagues across the organisation, and creating user guides and self-service resources.

Requirements

• Hands-on CRM management experience in a charity or non-profit setting
• Experience integrating CRM with fundraising and marketing platforms
• A track record of delivering data-driven insight and campaign support
• Significant experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection
• Strong experience of APIs and data migration
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
• Strong project management and organisational
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations, GDPR and Gift Aid.
