Job Summary
Own a UK portfolio of 40 letting and estate clients by running their marketing campaigns and CRM automations, coordinating with the ads team, nurturing via email, and keeping reporting, data, and communications current.
- Client ownership: Manage campaigns and CRM work, with ads team alignment to keep performance on track.
- Lifecycle & reporting: Nurture customers through email and supervise monthly performance reviews and data upkeep.
- Operations & enablement: Maintain Excel and sales reports, coordinate reporting files, and surface opportunities across group businesses.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- manage 40 client accounts in the Letting and Estate agent sector, based throughout the UK
- manage their marketing campaigns, their CRM automations and liaising with our ad team regarding the performance of campaigns
- nurture our customers through email communications
- manage monthly catch up calls, and report on performance
- liaise with our ads team to keep your clients campaigns on track
- co-ordinate and send our reporting files
- track their success
- be their point of contact and keep communicating based upon previous conversations
- keep our client database up-to-date
- refer to other opportunities within the group of businesses where suited
Requirements
- You have served some time managing client accounts in marketing, such as paid ad campaigns
- You understand funnel marketing and automations
- You have an interest in AI
- You understand the needs of marketing for businesses
- You love to help and serve people, and you can demonstrate this
- You are reliable, conscientious, and courteous
- You understand the importance of completing tasks with accuracy, and keeping others in the loop
