Responsibilities

• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team for strategic planning.

• Maintain a positive and approachable demeanour to foster favourable impressions of the organisation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader demographic.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to outreach and engagement.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to attend events during evenings or weekends as required.
• A genuine interest in representing brands positively and professionally.
