Arabic-Speaking Social Media, Marketing & Client Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dedicated Arabic-language Instagram and TikTok accounts for EC Aesthetic Clinic.
• Plan, film, edit and publish engaging Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and social media posts.
• Create Arabic-language content covering aesthetic treatments, skincare education, clinic experiences, promotions and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Confidently appear on camera to introduce the clinic, present general treatment information and engage with Arabic-speaking audiences.
• Identify relevant trends and adapt content to different Arabic-speaking audiences while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Manage social media comments, direct messages and audience engagement.
• Track account performance, enquiries, audience growth and booking conversions.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and respond to Arabic-language client enquiries through Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other designated customer service channels.
• Provide prompt, professional and friendly responses to prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content.
• Confident filming, editing and producing social media content independently.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and communicating with an online audience.
• Good customer service and client communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, organised and proactive approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Understanding of Arabic-speaking audiences and cultural communication preferences.
• Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, aesthetics and social media.

Preferred

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Customer service, client relations or appointment booking experience.
• Experience using CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
• Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Familiarity with Arabic-speaking communities in London.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness or luxury services.
• Experience with Arabic website content, localisation or SEO.
