Job Description

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows, automating repetitive tasks, researching and enriching target accounts, creating scalable personalisation, building HubSpot workflows, connecting systems, creating BDR alerts and sales handoffs, automating reporting, using AI agents for research and execution, turning successful experiments into repeatable processes
This is a hands-on role
Move from “We should run a campaign into this market.” to “Here is the audience, proposition, messaging, campaign, workflow, automation, BDR trigger and reporting.”

Requirements

3 to 4 years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS or complex business software
You must be a marketer.
Experience: B2B marketing: 3 years (required)
Language: English (required)
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
