Job Description

Responsibilities

Own Creative Operations
Lead end-to-end operational management across integrated marketing initiatives, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery from intake through final asset release across digital, print, packaging, video, photography, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives
Manage operational delivery for major business priorities including Peak campaigns, product launches, refreshed meal photography, strategic partnerships, packaging initiatives, brand campaigns, and cross-channel marketing programs, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are executed on time.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as the primary Creative Operations partner for Brand Marketing, Creative, Production, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Packaging, and external agency partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and business objectives.
Resource & Capacity Management
Partner with the Creative Resource Manager and Creative Operations Lead to forecast upcoming work, balance team capacity, identify resourcing risks, and recommend freelance or agency support as business needs evolve.
Drive Operational Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end creative lifecycle across multiple concurrent initiatives while continuously improving workflows, intake processes, project governance, and ways of working to increase speed-to-market and operational efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Creative Project Management, or integrated marketing operations, including direct experience managing creative workflows within an in-house creative team, agency, or studio environment
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through execution
Strong understanding of integrated creative workflows across digital, print, packaging, photography and video production
Experience partnering with Marketing, Creative, Production, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills
Experience working within project management platforms such as Airtable, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar tools
Experience using reporting and resource planning tools to support operational decision-making
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Pasion for process improvement, operational excellence, and building scalable ways of working
