Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute e-commerce and social media photoshoots
• Keep creative projects running smoothly by tracking timelines, assets, and deliverables
• Organize and manage large volumes of digital files (think images, naming systems, and content libraries)
• Support content creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Assist in brainstorming ideas, trends, creative concepts, and ad-hoc projects
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for organizing and managing data
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Equal parts creative and operational

Preferred

• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
• Experience organizing content, assets, or workflows
• Strong visual instincts or awareness of aesthetic trends
