Drive engagement and partnerships
Oversee events and programs
Occasional after-hour work and in-state travel required
Work with minimal supervision
Collaborate with staff and partners
Manage multiple advertising agencies and media campaigns
Supervise a team
Develop and advance communications strategies for campaigns and programs
Ensure brand visibility is strong and consistent

Requirements

7+ years of communications and marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience managing a million+ budget
Proven work experience in communications, marketing and media relations.
Highly capable project manager with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Exceptional verbal communicator, writer, and storyteller with the ability to develop clear and persuasive materials that compel diverse audiences.
Experience managing multiple advertising agencies and media campaigns.
Experience supervising a team
Success in developing and advancing communications strategies for campaigns, and programs
Good proofreading skills and attention to detail
Results-driven, quick learning
Ability to self-start and work independently with limited supervision
Ability to work successfully with staff and partners
Proficiency in WordPress, and Elementor
Experience with website management
Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite applications and Canva.
Proficiency with social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
