Job Summary

Own email and event marketing operations from build to reporting, with hands on control of Klaviyo campaigns, ticketing work flows, and cross channel tracking for multi market efforts.

Update the company website
Conduct online research to support marketing strategy and outreach.

Manage administrative tasks to support marketing planning, reporting, and organization.
Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with a broader team.

Requirements

3-5 years professional working experience in marketing or event marketing.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume email execution (20-30 campaigns/month) in Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), including segmentation, performance reporting, and brand consistency.
Hands-on ticketing operations experience in Universe, Eventbrite, or similar, including event builds, promo code structures, embed configurations, and sales reporting
Experience creating and implementing UTM links
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Wordpress, Slack, Canva, Bitly, project management applications (Notion or Asana)
Bonus: HTML email editing or Klaviyo flows/automation, or multi-market campaign management
