Job Description

Responsibilities

Independently manage multiple marketing and operations workstreams at once: tracking timelines, owners, and dependencies in Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar.
Drive projects through to completion by project managing all aspects of campaigns and ensuring the VP of Marketing keeps ahead of deadlines.
Partner with the division’s businesses, outside agencies, and other internal teams to ensure launches and deliverables stay on schedule.
Build, review, and launch email campaigns, social posts, and web updates in HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social platforms.
Analyze campaign dashboards and recommend next actions based on what the data shows.
Manage campaign calendars, asset libraries, and CRM hygiene in partnership with the Marketing team.
Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows for the team to streamline repetitive tasks.
Draft and edit copy for emails, social, presentations, and internal communications for accuracy, tone, and brand voice.
Ensure consistency in alignment, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy against brand standards for all deliverables.
Produce and update design assets using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.

Requirements

3+ years in marketing, project management, operations, or a related role.
Proven ability to independently manage several workstreams at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Jira.
Comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or social media management tools.
Comfortable using emerging technologies and AI tools daily to research, draft, summarize, and automate routine work.
Working knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
Experience managing email, social, campaigns, and analytics.
Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing dashboards and reporting tools to drive business decisions and revenue growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong editorial judgment to spot copy that is generic, off-tone, or inaccurate.
A self-starter who finds answers independently, anticipates next steps, and flags problems early.

Preferred

Experience in music publishing, rights administration, or the broader music industry (strong plus).
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or the Adobe suite.
Experience building automations or integrations (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot workflows, AI agents).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
