Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated brand strategies by spearheading impactful national marketing projects, serving as a leader and collaborator with cross-functional teams from Sales, Product, Finance, Business Analytics, Creative, Legal, etc.
Set the overarching Brand agenda for nationally scaled marketing, owning the roadmap and prioritization for channel strategy.
Gain a deep understanding of Capital One Auto’s Navigator Platform and Dealer Finance offerings, serving as a subject matter expert on the Brand team.
Oversee cross-channel, nationally scaled campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital, traditional, and experiential touchpoints.
Strengthen brand identity through consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all dealer customer and partner touchpoints.
Collaborate with Brand partners to drive thought leadership and position the company as an industry innovator through content, awareness, and engagement visibility strategies.
Leverage data analytics, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize performance, and evaluate brand outcomes.
Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing brand marketing team through thoughtful mentorship, strategic development, and team collaboration.
Influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking through excellent communication and presentation skills up to senior executives.
Fully champion and embody well-managed processes, identifying opportunity gaps and driving improvements across immediate team and partner teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 7 years of experience focused on direct response marketing, brand marketing, B2B marketing, or corporate communications or a combination
At least 1 year of people management experience

Preferred

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
3+ years of people management experience
5+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing
5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications department for a Fortune 500 company, or experience within an advertising or marketing agency
Experience with automotive B2B marketing or automotive lending providers
