Job Summary

Own and optimize CRM reach across email and SMS for a beauty/DTC brand, tying loyalty programs into multi-channel campaigns and data-driven improvements.

CRM Ownership: Build and deploy lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, manage segmentation, and QA across campaigns.
Optimization & Testing: Analyze engagement KPIs and run A/B tests to lift activation, retention, and ROI.
Loyalty & Cross‑Channel: Shape loyalty structure and ensure integration across digital touchpoints and communications.

Job Description

Develop clear briefs for creative and brand teams to produce email/SMS assets for CRM campaigns
Build and deploy automated lifecycle and campaign flows in Klaviyo
Manage dynamic segmentation, personalization, and campaign QA
Align messaging with brand strategy with cross-functional partners
Support 360° go-to-market CRM strategies with cross-functional collaboration
Analyze CRM KPIs and customer behavior to identify optimizations
Lead A/B and multivariate testing for continuous improvement
Shape loyalty program strategy, tiers, rewards, and communications
Integrate loyalty solutions across digital channels with vendors and teams
Monitor loyalty health, participation, ROI; drive enhancements

Best fit for someone with 1–3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness, or DTC
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP (Iterable, Braze, Attentive, etc.)
Experience managing or supporting loyalty programs strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and loyalty platforms (e.g., Yotpo)
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, segmentation strategy, and performance reporting
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
Passion for building meaningful, long-term customer relationships

Prior experience in CRM role within cosmetics or skincare brands
Experience with additional ESPs like Iterable, Braze, Attentive beyond Klaviyo
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
