Job Summary

Own CRM enablement and adoption by delivering role-based training, proactive support, and change communications for Veeva and Salesforce users.

  • CRM Training: build and maintain onboarding, job aids, and quick references to drive proficiency.
  • Change & Adoption: communicate releases, best practices, and achieve end-user readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Commercial Training, Sales Ops, Medical Affairs, and field teams to scale CRM usage.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Be the primary business-facing CRM support resource for Veeva CRM and Salesforce, handling troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Develop and maintain CRM training tools, onboarding materials, job aids, and quick references to drive user proficiency and adoption. - Partner with Commercial Training, Sales Ops, Medical Affairs, and others to identify learning needs and deliver role-based CRM training. - Create CRM communications including updates, release notes, best practices, and change management to drive adoption. - Maintain CRM documentation including SOPs, processes, training materials, and knowledge articles. - Support releases by assessing impact, updating training and communications, and enabling end-user readiness. - Monitor adoption metrics and tickets to spot training opportunities and process improvements. - Coordinate UAT for enhancements and validate processes before deployment. - Collaborate across marketing, sales, medical affairs, patient services, field teams to implement CRM capabilities and engagement tools. - Work with CRM admins and IT on maintenance, access management, and issue resolution. Requirements - Bacheloregree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required. Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries preferred. - Strong analytic and problem-solving skills are essential. - Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills, and field sales training experience are essential. - Must be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. - Must be highly proficient with Microsoft applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.). - Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. - Proficient in MS Office Suite. - Experience with CRM required (Salesforce & Veeva experience preferred). - Non-Technical Skills: Highly motivated with great attention to detail. Strong endurance to work under tight timelines and complex/changing situations. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
