Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development
Head of the largest business unit with $27m+ under management
Lead, develop, and manage a team including 5-6 direct reports at VP level
Drive client retention and expansion across the portfolio
Integrate the Stratos tech platform into operations
Balance margin and culture while managing pricing and resourcing strategies through desk integrations

Requirements

5-10+ yrs of experience managing agency operations with VP-level direct reports
True depth of B2B marketing expertise
Hardest-working, smartest, and most honest person in every organization you have served
Monthly travel (1-2x @ 48 hr trips) across clients, events, and direct reports
