Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help lead marketing strategy end-to-end
- Scale and optimize paid media (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Lead creative testing and messaging
- Track performance, set targets, and drive results <\/ul>
- 1-4+ years in DTC growth or performance marketing
- Strong paid media and analytics experience
- Hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team <\/ul>
- Fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible work environment: 3 days / week in office
- 20 days PTO
- 4 weeks fully remote <\/ul>
