Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, and website content to improve performance.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce abandoned carts, and strengthen the online purchasing experience.
Track qualified leads through the sales process to measure conversion rates, revenue impact, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide meaningful insight into marketing performance and profitability.
Identify and implement new digital advertising strategies and opportunities that support sales and revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with e-commerce analytics, conversion tracking, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
Ability to independently manage campaigns, analyze results, and make performance-driven adjustments.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred

Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Merchant Center is preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment.
