Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive Walmart.com sales growth by monitoring assortment performance, pricing, and promotional activity
Own digital shelf excellence across content updates, SEO improvements, and ratings & reviews tracking
Execute Walmart Connect media campaigns, including sponsored search and display, and track ROAS and performance metrics
Analyse and interpret performance data to surface insights and translate them into actionable growth plans
Monitor and maintain inventory readiness, flagging in-stock issues and coordinating with Sales & Supply Chain teams
Manage item setup, content syndication, and catalogue optimisation within Walmart systems
Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines and retailer requirements are met

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail, or a related analytical role
Hands-on experience with the Walmart ecosystem, including tools such as Retail Link, Item 360, and Walmart Connect
Experience managing or supporting digital media campaigns such as sponsored search and display advertising
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability with a proven ability to interpret data and drive recommendations
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
