Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process and procedures for the procurement and usage of all digital assets for the Fine Wine & Good Spirits e-commerce site.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure brand and accessibility standards are met.
  • Evaluate, approve, reject, and edit product images as necessary.
  • Provide guidance to improve the quality of images and maintain consistency with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure the correct meta-data is assigned to all digital assets and meets accessibility standards.
  • Participate in testing of images to monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on image selection.
  • Manage acquisitions, quality, and storage of digital images.
  • Monitor and maintain all images on FWGS.com.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Implement and maintain a digital asset management system for use by Fine Wine & Good Spirits digital marketing channel.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of the PLCB Marketing Analyst Trainee training program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • One year of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
  • You must pass a background investigation.
  • An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
