Responsibilities

Own paid media for a set of B2B clients across Google Ads and LinkedIn, strategy through execution
Define the campaign strategy: the angles, offers, and creative concepts, then brief our designers to execute
Run client relationships and strategy calls, and build client confidence
Keep your accounts organized and moving without being chased
Contribute to the SOPs and playbooks behind Takeoff's paid media
Partner with our SEO, web, and creative teams on integrated programs

Requirements

4+ years in paid media at a B2B agency, with hands-on ownership of client accounts
Account management instincts: you build good client relationships and think about retention and growth
Creative and strategic thinking: you generate campaign ideas and angles, not just execute briefs
Strong self-organization: you run your accounts without needing to be managed
Hands-on experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
An understanding of B2B SaaS buyer journeys

Preferred

Offline conversion tracking and value-based bidding
Experience building SOPs or systematized processes
Meta and programmatic experience
