Job Description

Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Pipeline Math: Own the entire conversion math from first digital ad impression to wired investor funds into escrow
Leadership and Management of marketing department: You will take over the management of our internal marketing operations manager and be will be responsible for recruiting, hiring and training the needed resources to achieve your targets
Marketing Engine & Campaign Execution: Direct our multi-channel investor acquisition campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Email, Retargeting). Guide our in-house Marketing Operations Specialist on technical setups while directing specialized external copywriters and designers.
CRM Architecture & Automation (GoHighLevel / HubSpot): Own the CRM infrastructure end-to-end. Design, build, and maintain all lead funnels, automated email/SMS nurture sequences, speed-to-lead triggers, and UTM attribution tracking.
Sales Floor Data Governance: Directly oversee lead distribution for our high-ticket sales/IR reps based on objective conversion data. Audit recorded sales calls, monitor CRM hygiene, and cut off lead flow from reps who underperform or breach data standards.
AI Leverage & Content QA: Serve as the operational hub for content. Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Custom GPTs) to repurpose CEO strategic briefs into direct-response copy while enforcing 10/10 quality control on all outgoing investor collateral.

Requirements

Real Estate Private Equity & LP Investor Literacy (Day-1 Non-Negotiable)
Fluent in Investor Math: You must speak fluent LP return math from day one—effortlessly understanding IRR, Cash-on-Cash yield, Equity Multiples, Preferred Returns, and Waterfall structures .
Growth Marketing & Systems Foundation
3+ Years in Growth Marketing, RevOps, or Performance Funnels: Proven track record running data-driven acquisition campaigns where you were held accountable to real capital raised or revenue generated.
CRM & Automation Mastery: 3+ years of hands-on depth designing complex automated workflows, lead-routing logic, and UTM attribution in GoHighLevel , HubSpot , or enterprise CRMs.
Sales Floor & People Leadership:
Data-Driven Rep Management: Experience tracking rep-level conversion metrics, setting lead allocation rules, and holding sales personnel accountable to hard numbers. If you haven't
