Responsibilities

Agency management; work with Kitchen & Bath clients in B2C and B2B segments, managing clients’ marketing budgets and delivering results
Strategize, manage, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google and Bing to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI
Develop and execute email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and promotions
Assist in the creation and optimization of video content for various marketing channels (website, social media, ads)
Implement and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices, to improve organic search rankings and traffic
Research, write, and publish engaging blog posts that attract and educate target audience
Develop and implement strategies to actively solicit and build positive customer reviews across relevant platforms
Play an active role in branding initiatives and collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure consistent brand messaging and elevate clients' positions in the home renovation industry
Lead the design and production of print media, including the comprehensive product catalog, coordinating with designers and printers
Coordinate logistics and represent Kitchen365 at industry trade shows, engaging with potential customers and partners

Requirements

7+ years of proven, hands-on marketing experience, preferably within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Demonstrated agency experience in managing clients and growing revenues
Demonstrated experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
Proficiency in email marketing and SMS marketing platforms
Solid understanding of SEO, AEO principles, and best practices
Experience with content creation, including writing for blogs and social media
Comfortable with professional networking and building relationships with industry professionals
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Preferred

Familiarity with video content creation processes or editing tools is a plus
Experience with print media design coordination (e.g., catalogs, brochures) or working with graphic designers
