Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead all strategy development and drive tactical execution as a member of the LILETTA marketing team.
  • Responsible for development and execution of value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative development.
  • Develop and articulate effective marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, and easily communicated, and clinical/financially supporting for areas of responsibility.
  • Associate Director will partner with key cross functional partners (marketing analytics and business intelligence, CI, PA, medical affairs, sales, medical and regulatory review, OEC, and legal) and alliance partner to identify and use insights and the patient journey to develop stakeholder specific messaging, tactics, and targeting across multiple channels while also regularly finding ways to optimize our spend to drive profitable impact.
  • Lead work with our strategic agency of record.
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing, agency partners, and Cross-functional business leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives/goals, market, and financial results.
  • Drive and participate in Strategic Planning process, Plan, and workshops.
  • Demonstrate and utilize holistic understanding on financial planning and metrics.
  • Understand and leverage market and sector insights to recommend refinements to marketing strategies.
  • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • MBA preferred
  • Significant marketing experience (5+ years) with progressive responsibility and demonstrable results
  • Ability to influence senior management
  • Balance of analytical capability and creative vision
  • Ability to influence senior management and work with all levels in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong planning and organization skills, diligence, execution, and follow-through
  • Preferred: Sales or sales leadership experience, alliance partner experience, and Buy & Bill experience.
