Responsibilities

Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) on-site across all three dealerships — inventory walkarounds, employee spotlights, delivery moments, and events at our rooftops.
Create engaging, scroll-stopping content across all platforms that keeps our audience engaged and keeps the Charles Barker brand top of mind-not just when someone’s ready to buy
Capture content across every department to show the full standard of what makes us the “Obvious Choice for Luxury and Performance” — including but not limited to front-of-house and new arrivals, technicians troubleshooting on the racks in the shop, detail department's process, advisors greeting and assisting customers in the lane — positioning our white glove standards above the competition.
Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams across all three locations to source timely content (new inventory, promotions, staff stories, community events).
Own the day-to-day posting across Meta Platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube for each brand.
Build and maintain a weekly & monthly cadence with editorial calendars tailored to each brand's voice — luxury/aspirational for Mercedes, value/friendly for the Used Car Warehouse, B2B/industry-credible for the Commercial Center.
Maintain and build on our strong community partnerships across Hampton Roads- collaborating with local businesses and organizations for cross-promotion and joint content development
Handle light community management — monitoring and responding to comments and DMs during business hours.
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Run a mix of awareness, website traffic, lead-generation, retargeting, and inventory/catalog campaigns against monthly budgets.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager required; TikTok and/or LinkedIn Ads a strong plus) with real budget responsibility — not just boosting posts.
A portfolio demonstrating short-form video you've personally shot and edited — raw, on-location style, not just polished commercial work.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn native tools, and Google Business Profile.
Comfort managing multiple brand voices and multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong on-camera and on-the-floor comfort — this role requires being out on the lot, in the shop, and in the detail bay, not just behind a desk.
Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, impressions vs. reach)

Preferred

Prior automotive or dealership marketing experience, including familiarity with OEM co-op advertising guidelines (especially relevant for Mercedes-Benz).
Prior experience with dealership CRM/CMS platforms and inventory feed-based ad campaigns.
Meta Blueprint certification (Media Buying or Marketing).
Experience marketing to both consumer and B2B/commercial audiences.
Familiarity with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and quick-turn graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express).
