Lead the development and enhancement of our seasonal team, focusing on key categories within the On Premise.
Build cross-brand partnerships and ensure that all marketing activities resonate with target consumers.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the NANL Chain Manager, empowering innovation and professional growth.
Lead team meetings and support performance reviews.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop creative marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, radio, and experiential marketing.
Collaborate with NA suppliers, customers, and vendors to develop effective marketing programs, POS materials, and brand activations.
Manage the NA and Special events budget to maximize ROI across marketing activities.
Serve as liaison between Sales & Graphics to ensure quality execution and communication.
Oversee and maintain records for all special events including contract negotiations, event planning, financial management, sales, marketing initiatives, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

Proven ability to create and implement marketing strategies that drive brand equity and sales growth in a competitive market.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in motivating and guiding teams to achieve goals.
Expertise in brand development, consumer engagement, and market positioning within the beverage alcohol industry.
Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
