Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all communications and marketing activities, including branding, media relations, social media, and campaigns
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate personnel within the Communications & Marketing Department
  • Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee content creation and messaging across digital, social, print, and earned media platforms
  • Manage the organization’s public voice, reputation, and visual identity
  • Plan and direct marketing and communications campaigns from concept through execution
  • Coordinate media outreach, press materials, and spokesperson preparation
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to support key initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing, Marketing Management, and Market Planning
  • Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze market trends and data
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies and practices, with the ability to support outreach campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote volunteer capacity
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred

Preferred

  • Familiarity with nonprofit organizations or community service
