Oversee creators, store performance, and client communications.
Spot what works, fix what doesn’t, and collaborate with the team to move initiatives quickly.

2 to 4 years in social media marketing, influencer strategy, or ecommerce.
Proven client account management and direct brand-team communication.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop.
Experience managing junior team members or project contributors.
Strong communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and take ownership.

Remote-first team (US-based only).
