Responsibilities

You’ll own the entire paid acquisition stack — Meta ads, funnels, landing pages, offers, copy, backend economics — and turn it into a profitable, scalable engine.
Meta Ads (Your Superpower). You've personally managed $1M+/month in Meta ad spend with profitable ROAS. You install that superpower at Poppy from day one. You'll have access to thousands of recorded case studies, hundreds of proven affiliate videos, and founder content already converting — infinite creative ammunition.
Full-Stack Funnels. You own two parallel funnels end-to-end: - Front-end: $400/year Poppy plan → backend upsells. Target: $100K–$200K/mo. - Agency funnel: Call-booking funnel selling Poppy at $5K–$10K/year. Target: $300K–$400K/mo. Break-even on the front is fine if the backend math delivers 3x LTV:CAC.
Growth Lead. You set weekly targets. You kill losing ads fast. You double down on winners. You protect unit economics at scale. You make me and Naz fully exit ads ops.
