Job Description

Responsibilities

Supports Eaton Electronics revenue growth by improving how product, application, customer, market, and competitive information is transformed into customer-facing digital marketing, sales enablement, and business development outputs.
Combines technical marketing capability with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, approved Power Platform capabilities, Salesforce-enabled workflows, and other Eaton-approved AI tools.
Applies and personalizes standard enterprise tools for the Eaton Electronics business, customers, products, and go-to-market strategy, while complementing corporate IT standards and governance.
Targets faster creation of technical marketing content, improves digital discoverability, enables more effective regional campaigns, improves account and opportunity targeting, and provides measurable support for sales pipeline growth and commercial execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment
Proficiency using Microsoft 365 CoPilot & AI tools; Working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce CRM, opportunity workflows, account planning & commercial reporting processes
No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of either Pleasanton, CA. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.
