Job Summary

Own CRM and marketing operations with end-to-end data, dashboards, and launch-ready processes across events, CMS, and campaigns.

  • CRM and Ops ownership: dashboards, reports, data hygiene, and launch-ready workflows.
  • Cross-functional execution: align Digital, Brand, Retail, and Comms through inputs, timelines, and approvals.
  • Platform and asset orchestration: RFPs, Jira workflows, CMS publishing, and AI-assisted insights while preserving quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of RFPs by gathering requirements, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and supporting vendor evaluation and selection processes
  • Act as an escalation point for reservation-holder asset issues, investigating data, content, or system root causes and coordinating resolution across teams
  • Own marketing and CRM reporting by building, maintaining, and validating dashboards and recurring reports in Sigma to ensure leadership and teams have accurate data
  • Maintain high standards for marketing and CRM data hygiene, including audits, cleanup, documentation, and ongoing quality checks
  • Manage Jira as the primary project and workflow tool for marketing operations, creating projects, managing tickets, tracking dependencies, and keeping work moving forward
  • Coordinate CRM campaign projects from intake through launch, organizing requirements, timelines, and handoffs while channel teams execute within the platform
  • Gather and organize inputs, assets, and approvals needed to support CRM initiatives, ensuring work is launch-ready and properly documented
  • Partner with UX, Talent Community, and Community Affairs teams on CRM and marketing initiatives tied to research, internal engagement, and events
  • Track marketing spend and campaign performance, ensuring visibility into pacing, outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Translate data into clear summaries and insights to help stakeholders understand performance, risks, and next steps
  • Apply AI tools thoughtfully to speed up analysis, reporting, project intake, and documentation while validating outputs for accuracy and quality
  • Keep projects organized, well-documented, and delivered on time across multiple concurrent initiatives

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on digital content experience
  • Direct experience supporting events and activations end-to-end
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Digital, Brand, Retail, and Comms teams
  • Daily working experience with Frontify DAM (used within the last 12 months)
  • Hands-on CMS experience with Contentful, including publishing and QA of live content
  • Experience supporting campaigns tied to CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Lead Capture tools, RSVP workflows
  • Working knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, supporting product content and assets
  • Experience managing Google Places, Yelp, and other local listings
  • Understanding localized digital needs for physical locations and events
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, iteration, and support
  • Ability to balance AI output with brand, quality, and accuracy standards
  • Comfortable owning execution independently
  • Strong attention to detail and content quality
  • Able to manage multiple live initiatives at once
