Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of the firm’s CRM database (HubSpot).
• Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and distribute CRM-driven email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics.
• Generate mailing lists, dashboards, and analytics to support business development efforts.
• Monitor and report on attorney and client engagement activities.
• Support the development of marketing automation workflows, nurture campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Assist with CRM adoption efforts, user training, and best practices across the firm.
• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, sponsored content, and directory opportunities.
• Coordinate LinkedIn marketing efforts, including firm, practice, and attorney promotion strategies.
• Monitor website performance and support SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to improve search visibility, content discoverability, and AI-driven search performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, client relations, or a related professional services role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and editing marketing content.
• Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing technology tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, website content management, email campaigns, and basic SEO principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a strong client service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Preferred

• Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar marketing and analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting website content management and digital marketing campaigns.
