Own a data driven digital marketing program for hospitality with SEO, PPC, content, and lead-gen, balancing creative execution with analytics to boost multi-channel performance.

SEO and PPC ownership: technical SEO, content optimization, and performance-focused campaigns.
Content and video-led demand: restaurant-focused content, video campaigns, and email/digital ads to drive leads.
Analytics and cross functional collaboration: turning data into optimizations with Sales and agency partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating and executing SEO strategies and PPC campaigns.
Writing engaging, restaurant-focused content for all digital channels.
Using data and analytics to improve campaign performance.
Managing retargeting strategies to boost conversions.
Collaborating with our external agency on technical SEO.
Working with Sales and Business Development to generate leads through video marketing, email campaigns, and digital ads. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital marketing in the food and hospitality space.

Requirements

2+ years of digital marketing experience.
Strong SEO expertise: technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
Deep paid search (PPC) knowledge: Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Creative Suite proficiency: Canva, Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Experience with HubSpot & Salesforce.
Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English.
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong multitasking & time management—ability to handle multiple projects.
Collaborative mindset—aligning digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Preferred

Hospitality industry digital marketing experience.
