Responsibilities

Maintain worldwide market expertise and relative Structural Heart technologies, including in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.
Develop and create best in market product messaging and collaborate with global marketing and field team to market test messaging feasibility.
Develop strategies to address product performance issues.
Develop and update annual marketing plans/strategies including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT or other situation assessment.
Create and develop US specific strategies for new product launches.
Support launch readiness by developing product inventory timing, marketing programs, and working with communications manager to develop promotional collateral.
Take a leadership role on project teams to work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.
Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.
Partner with regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance.
Develop plan & update US forecasts and justification for respective product lines worldwide and present to BU senior management.

Requirements

Bachelors’ Degree with 4+ years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management. MBA with 1-3 years of related experience also considered.
Substantial financial skills, market analysis and advanced communication skills.
Looking for a self-starter, proactive by nature, interested in breaking the status quo, and innately curious.
Strong story telling skills to captivate and influence audiences.
Knowledge/ability to develop and execute a "new" product launch.
