Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Leadership : Have influence over how cross-functional groups position new verticals on our platform, partnering closely with sales, business development and operations to create new and consistent messaging
  • Messaging & Positioning : Develop and validate compelling solution narratives for each emerging bet. Translate complex insights into clear, differentiated positioning by segment and persona. Refine our storytelling to address competitive gaps.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Define and execute GTM strategies for priority bets. Partner with sales and enablement to deliver toolkits that drive conversion and adoption. Optimize sales motions through messaging tests, pilots, and ongoing feedback loops.
  • Global Leadership: Develop scalable frameworks that can adapt across P0 and P1 countries. Partner with regional teams to tailor go-to-market strategies to local market nuances. Ensure consistency in messaging, measurement, and execution across geographies.
  • Research & Insights: Lead audience discovery for new use cases. Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform GTM priorities. Use data-driven insights to inform prioritization, messaging, and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience delivering highly successful engagement and acquisition strategies for businesses with 2+ years specifically in B2B product marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

  • Can articulate the essence of complex products and the value they create. Can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan.
  • Proven experience developing industry-narratives and translating complex product suites into solution stories for different verticals
  • The willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers and competition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership.
  • Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Strong analytical skills - uses data to create insightful stories, inform strategies and guide decision making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time-zones, backgrounds and functions to push projects to completion.
  • A hard-working, detailed, organized, and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.
  • Experience working on products for enterprise or SMBs
  • Previous experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
