Job Summary

Own revenue growth and client portfolio expansion with team leadership, KPI-driven optimization, and strong cross-functional collaboration across home services accounts.

Own revenue, margin, and retention across assigned accounts with accountable leadership over an Account Management team.
Forecast performance, report to executives, and expand revenue opportunities within existing partnerships and new markets.
Lead scalable processes for targeting, nurturing, and converting leads to improve campaign performance and client outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own revenue growth, margin performance, and retention across assigned accounts
Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key client portfolios
Forecast revenue and performance trends and report directly to executive leadership
Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships and new market segments
Lead, mentor, and manage the Account Management team
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development
Allocate resources and balance workload to maximize efficiency
Drive accountability through KPIs and performance tracking
Serve as senior point of contact for key clients and strategic partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, affiliates, and vendors

Requirements

BA/BS degree from 4-year university required
4+ years of experience in digital advertising or online lead generation
2+ years of team leadership or management experience
Strong background in performance marketing and data-driven optimization
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid search, and web development processes
Proven leader with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives

Preferred

Experience in the Home Services industry is a plus
