Job Description

Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading field marketing strategy and execution across an assigned market or many markets territory to drive sales growth, traffic, and brand awareness.
This role partners closely with Operations to bring national and regional initiatives to life locally, ensuring consistent execution, strong community presence, and measurable results.
The Field Marketing Manager provides strategic insights, performance analysis, and market recommendations to the Director of Field Marketing to inform ongoing optimization of marketing programs and local store marketing efforts.
Execute national and regional marketing strategies at the local market level to drive sales, traffic, and awareness.
Oversee field marketing activity across an assigned multi-market territory, ensuring comprehensive coverage, execution consistency, and performance accountability across all sub-regions and restaurant locations.
Coordinate with and provide day-to-day guidance to Field Marketing Specialists within the territory, ensuring alignment on priorities, execution standards, and reporting.
Develop and implement short-term local business plans aligned to sales goals and market-specific needs.
Identify, develop, and execute grassroots and community marketing initiatives, including proactively sourcing new local partnerships, events, sponsorships, and catering opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
Ensure timely and consistent execution of promotions, campaigns, and marketing programs across assigned restaurants.
Serve as a key marketing partner to Operations by aligning marketing initiatives with operational priorities and business objectives.
