Job Summary

Own the brand storytelling and cross-platform marketing, translating trends and partnerships into scalable campaigns that drive engagement and growth for a multi-concept restaurant brand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, operations, culinary, and store teams.
Trend Identification: Identify emerging cultural trends and marketing opportunities.
Brand Evolution: Help scale and evolve the brand as the company grows.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, social media, or digital marketing
Restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of modern social platforms and digital culture
Hands-on experience creating content and managing campaigns
Experience working with influencers, media, PR, or creators
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Native-level English proficiency required; travel when needed

Preferred

Chinese language skills are a plus
