Write and edit compelling, customer-focused copy for email and SMS communications, translating marketing objectives into clear, engaging messages.
Own campaigns from brief through execution, including copy development, audience setup, build, testing, approvals, and deployment.
Develop and execute A/B tests across messaging, content, calls to action, cadence, and other campaign elements to drive conversion improvement.
Use customer behavior, campaign performance, and test results to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and continuously optimize communications.
Monitor campaigns after launch, proactively identifying performance issues and taking action to improve results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle, CRM, email/SMS, acquisition, or performance marketing.
Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies, customer journeys, messaging, and customer-facing copy designed to drive action and conversion.
Hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing email and/or SMS campaigns within a marketing automation or CRM platform.
Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, triggered communications, and automated customer journeys.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing A/B tests and using results to improve campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use campaign and customer data to identify insights, make recommendations, and take action.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analyzing marketing performance and customer data.
Experience with email development and HTML/CSS is preferred.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana is preferred.
