Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content production pipeline, managing shoots, logistics and multi-project delivery while aligning content with platform performance goals and fast-paced events.

Streamline production workflows for social content, athlete shoots, and creator partnerships to scale output without sacrificing quality.
Partner with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing to move ideas from brief to publish with clear ownership and timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production of social-first content, from planning through on-set execution
Oversee all production logistics, including scheduling, locations, permits, crew, equipment, and talent
Ensure content is captured efficiently and aligns with platform best practices and performance goals
Lead content capture at high-profile brand events, adapting to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities
Support production of athlete content, including talent coordination and on-site execution
Manage creator content from outreach and briefing through final delivery, including timelines, approvals, and coordination with Influencer/Talent teams
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with content calendars and campaign timelines
Own projects with a high level of autonomy, bringing structure and organization to production workflows
Contribute to improving processes and identifying ways to increase efficiency as content volume grows
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment from concept through execution

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or creative production
Strong understanding of social platforms and evolving content trends
Experience producing high-volume content and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution
Comfortable operating independently and driving projects forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong understanding of social content performance and audience engagement
Solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Collaborative with a proactive and clear communication style
E xperience working with creators, influencers, and talent preferred
Comfortable working on-location, including travel and non-standard hours as needed
