We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead multi-channel paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across digital and offline channels. This role is responsible for driving scalable acquisition and pipeline growth through a diversified channel mix, balancing growth with efficiency.
Lead multi-channel paid strategy
Own cross-channel strategy and performance across paid social, display, video, affiliates, and offline media
Drive channel mix optimization to maximize incremental pipeline and revenue impact
Align channel strategies to personas, segments, and funnel stages
Drive performance and optimization
Evaluate and optimize channel performance based on business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, CAC)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale across channels
Evaluate channel contribution and incrementality to inform investment decisions
Budget ownership and allocation

Requirements

7-10+ years in performance marketing across multiple paid channels
Proven ability to scale multi-channel acquisition programs
Strong analytical foundation with experience in attribution and experimentation
Experience managing budgets with clear ROI accountability
Ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes
