Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and lead a major customer marketing priority (e.g., a key product area, segment, lifecycle stage, or top initiative).
Translate business objectives and customer insights into an actionable integrated marketing plan and program execution.
Develop integrated briefs, strategic recommendations, and messaging frameworks for your priority area.
Partner with PMM, Product, Brand Studio, Media, Web, Analytics, and International teams to bring work to life.
Lead cross-functional execution across channels, creative development, and customer touchpoints.
Drive alignment and clarity on your priority with senior partners, calling out risks, trade-offs, and dependencies.
Measure performance, connect results to business benchmarks, and apply insights to future planning.
Mentor P40 and P30 team members, helping develop strategic capability across the team.
Collaborate with the Director and Sr. Director on shared initiatives, contributing to strategic frameworks and long-range planning.

Requirements

10–12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle strategy.
Proven ability to lead complex programs independently and deliver measurable results.
Strong critical thinking, cross-functional influence, and executive-ready communication skills.
Ability to synthesize customer insights, business objectives, and creative strategy into cohesive plans.
Experience guiding creative and channel strategy across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Recognized as a strong collaborator and strategic partner across multiple teams.
