Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior strategic partner for key accounts and executive client stakeholders
Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across creative, media, digital, and brand disciplines
Translate client goals into clear strategic roadmaps and measurable performance outcomes
Present strategic recommendations, campaign performance insights, and growth opportunities to client leadership
Own revenue retention and organic growth across assigned accounts
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through new services, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Lead renewal conversations and long term partnership planning
Partner with agency leadership to support new business opportunities when appropriate
Lead and align cross functional teams including strategy, creative, media, digital, analytics, and production
Ensure all disciplines work together to deliver cohesive marketing strategies and storytelling

Requirements

6+ years of experience in account leadership, marketing strategy, or senior roles within a marketing or advertising agency
Proven experience managing complex client relationships and high value accounts
Demonstrated success retaining and growing long term client partnerships
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect insights across multiple marketing disciplines
Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that align creative, media, and digital execution
Confidence presenting strategy and performance insights to senior client stakeholders
Expertise in project management and operational processes
Ability to lead multiple work streams while maintaining clarity and organization across teams
Experience mentoring and developing team members within a fast paced agency environment
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
