Job Summary

Own and optimize paid search and performance marketing ecosystems across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and landing-page experiences to drive inquiries and revenue.

Responsibilities

Build, manage and optimise Google Ads Search, Performance Max and Display campaigns.
Manage Microsoft Ads campaigns.
Conduct in depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
Continuously improve Quality Scores and Ad Rank.
Identify and eliminate wasted advertising spend.
Improve click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Create, test and optimise ad copy, headlines and assets.
Perform ongoing A/B testing of advertisements and landing pages.
Work closely with our development team to improve landing page performance and user experience.
Analyze Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking data.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC strategy and campaign optimisation.
Experience with Microsoft Ads.
Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
Experience improving conversion rates and landing page performance.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred

Google Ads Certification.
