Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
Lead brand positioning, public relations, and crisis communications to strengthen organizational reputation
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and performance metrics
Analyze market trends, customer and donor insights, and competitive data to drive measurable outcomes
Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing marketing and communications team
Oversee marketing platforms, tools, analytics, and CRM systems
Manage vendors, agencies, and contracts, ensuring SLAs and budget alignment
Drive cross‑functional collaboration with fundraising, operations, and support teams
Represent Goodwill at community events and external engagements
Support organizational transformation and change initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications
Proven success delivering data‑driven marketing strategies and measurable business results
Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and analytics
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
Experience in nonprofit marketing, donor engagement, or community relations strongly preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region; occasional evenings/weekends required
