Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
  • Lead brand positioning, public relations, and crisis communications to strengthen organizational reputation
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and performance metrics
  • Analyze market trends, customer and donor insights, and competitive data to drive measurable outcomes
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing marketing and communications team
  • Oversee marketing platforms, tools, analytics, and CRM systems
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and contracts, ensuring SLAs and budget alignment
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with fundraising, operations, and support teams
  • Represent Goodwill at community events and external engagements
  • Support organizational transformation and change initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications
  • Proven success delivering data‑driven marketing strategies and measurable business results
  • Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and analytics
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience in nonprofit marketing, donor engagement, or community relations strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region; occasional evenings/weekends required
