Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting
Write, edit, and refresh copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, articles, email campaigns, ad copy, print collateral, partner assets, and related marketing materials.
Develop clear, audience-focused messaging that reflects brand standards while supporting awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
Research and translate insurance concepts, product features, and program differentiators into clear, compelling content for external audiences.
Interview subject matter experts, clients, and program stakeholders to source accurate, credible details for articles and campaign content.
Support content needs for specialty program launches, campaign updates, and ongoing promotional initiatives.
Social Media Content Creation & Ownership
Own the social media content process end-to-end: ideation, copywriting, graphic and video creation, and scheduling/publishing.
Write and design social posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts) for multiple brands and specialty program lines.
Develop post concepts and reusable templates that keep content fresh, on-brand, and efficient to produce at volume.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in journalism, reporting, content writing, copywriting, or a related marketing communications role.
Demonstrated experience creating content for blogs, websites, emails, ads, landing pages, or similar long-form formats.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience with B2B, service-based, or regulated industries is helpful but not required.
Experience writing for newspapers, magazines, trade or industry publications is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, or scheduling tools is a plus, but not required.
Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe with company support.
Completion of relevant training or coursework as determined by the company upon hire.
Experience with website content management systems (CMS) preferred.
