Job Summary

The role leads Bridge of Hope’s marketing, communications and church engagement, owning content creation, donor communications, and partner church outreach, with a focus on increasing online visibility, fundraising mailings, and coordinating meetings and presentations with local churches.

Own content calendar and social media posts
Produce monthly e-newsletters and mass emails
Schedule and coordinate church meetings and presentations for the Executive Director

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Marketing, Communications and Development
· Understand and abide by Bridge of Hope brand and identity guidelines
· Create relevant and regular Facebook/Instagram content to increase our online visibility
· Create monthly e-newsletters, collaborating with Executive Director, and send mass email using eTapestry CRM
· Run mail merges for annual appeal and other fundraising initiatives using eTapestry
2. Church Engagement
· Make contacts and build connections with staff and/or members of local churches
· Schedule meetings with church leaders for Executive Director, goal of 2/month
· Schedule church or group presentations for Executive Director, goal of 1/month
