Own end-to-end social content and marketing system, turning core videos and ideas into a cohesive, repeatable process across video, email, blog, and launch activities.

Plan and execute monthly video content, social posts, newsletters, and blog repurposing
Monitor performance, suggest optimizations, and manage execution under Rachel's guidance

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit and prepare 4 monthly videos for social media.
Write captions and schedule/distribute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Create 2 additional static posts per month using Canva and our established branding.
Prepare and send 1 email newsletter per week, using Rachel's videos, ideas and expertise as source material.
Repurpose appropriate content into blog posts and publish them in WordPress.
Apply basic SEO best practices.
Monitor and respond to routine social comments.
Plan content approximately one month ahead.
Track performance and tell us what's working, what isn't and what you recommend changing.
Rachel provides the expertise and core content. You turn it into an organized, professional marketing system and manage the execution.

Requirements

You should be able to both execute the work and think about the bigger picture. We want someone who notices opportunities, looks at results and brings ideas to the table.
