Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
• Generate qualified referrals and increase enrollment for Adult Day and DD Services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Coordinators, Support Coordinators, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, physicians, social workers, and community organizations.
• Conduct community outreach and networking events to increase brand awareness.
• Deliver presentations to referral partners and community organizations.
• Represent Beautiful Life at health fairs, conferences, provider meetings, and community events.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate tours of our facility for prospective participants, families, and referral agencies.
• Track referral sources, sales activities, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, community outreach, or sales preferred.
• Experience in Adult Day Services, Developmental Disabilities, Home Health, Hospice, Senior Care, Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation, or Healthcare is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop professional relationships and generate referrals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong networking and public speaking abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
