Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the client relationship and strategic direction for a portfolio of 8–10 law firm accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for each firm's managing partner and leadership team
Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies aligned to each firm's growth goals, and own budget allocation across channels (SEO, paid search, LSAs, social, local/analog, newsletters, community involvement, referral development)
Lead each account's monthly performance review as the voice of strategy: interpret the data, connect marketing performance to business outcomes, and set direction for the coming month
Lead quarterly alignment sessions that set the next ninety days of priorities and earn the client's continued partnership
Maintain a structured client touchpoint cadence, tiered by account health
Carry a forward-looking roadmap for every account and bring proactive recommendations before the client asks
Direct your pod: set strategic priorities for your Account Director, step in when performance, budget, or scope shifts strategy, and delegate everything that does not require your judgment or your relationship with the client
Hold the standard on outcomes: you are accountable for client results, retention, and the health of every account in your book

Requirements

7+ years of marketing experience serving law firms (consultancy, agency-side legal marketing, or in-house at a firm)
Demonstrated ownership of marketing strategy and six- to seven-figure marketing budgets, with accountability for business results rather than channel metrics
Executive presence: you are credible advising managing partners and firm owners, and you are comfortable delivering an uncomfortable, data-backed truth to a client who does not want to hear it
Channel fluency across SEO, paid search, LSAs, social, and offline marketing deep enough to allocate budget intelligently, interrogate agency reporting, and spot underperformance early (you will not be executing in these channels yourself)
Experience managing agencies and vendors and holding them accountable to scope, timelines, and results
Working command of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and CallRail; our entire delivery system runs on HubSpot

Preferred

Experience with Teamwork, Lawmatics, and Lead Docket
Experience working with in-house personal injury, family, criminal, or general practice firms
A background on the agency side or in client success/account leadership roles
