Job Summary

Own the Amazon channel end to end, driving strategy execution, catalog health, advertising, and performance improvements across launches and partnerships.

Manage ads, PDPs, and content to boost conversion and sales
Align with operations, finance, and brand teams to forecast, report, and optimize digital shelf KPIs

Job Description

Responsibilities

Day-to-day Amazon account management and maintenance
Execute the Amazon channel strategy in partnership with the Amazon Strategy Director to accelerate sales and reduce costs
Manage and Optimize Amazon Ad Campaigns with our agency partners
Verify Listings follow applicable Amazon regulations and best practices
Work closely with our Operations team to forecast inventory requirements
Assist the Finance team with any financial reporting
Manage and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) including titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ / enhanced content, imagery, video, and attributes
Own Amazon catalog health, including suppressions, variations, compliance issues, and listing errors
Monitor and improve conversion rate, traffic quality, and sales performance at the SKU level
Partner with creative and brand teams to brief, test, and launch high-performing PDP content and visuals; test and iterate on PDP elements (copy, imagery, layout, modules)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related program
3+ years of experience and track record of success selling directly in Amazon Seller Central
Deep knowledge of Amazon Advertising including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
Advanced Excel knowledge, data analysis, and problem solving skills
Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and CRO
Experience in CPG, supplements, or health & wellness strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, including oral and written communication.
Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information and use such information to develop actionable recommendations
Work well under tight timelines
Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment & adapt to ever changing digital landscape.
